FOURMIDABLE named management company for four new residential communities
FOURMIDABLE, the property management firm currently handling eight apartment communities throughout Tennessee, has been awarded the responsibilities for four more and will break ground for construction soon.
“We've been teamed with these owners since 2007 on other communities and are extremely pleased that they have chosen us to extend our marketing and management services to this next group of properties,” said Scott Allen, president of FOURMIDABLE. “We share their values and expectations and we know those carry over to the residents of these communities.”
Construction will begin on these new communities this summer. They are located throughout Tennessee and will have 64 apartments in each when completed: Greenwood Place in Algood; Raines East in Bolivar; Rutledge Place in Morristown and Ware Park in Union City. All four communities are being developed with the cooperation of the Tennessee Housing Development Authority and under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
“We are known for our ability to anticipate the needs of the residents in the communities we manage,” continued Allen. “We'll be providing the same levels of service as an integral part of our new responsibilities.”
